We sincerely appreciate the sacrifices made by the men and women of the
U.S. Armed Forces. We not only appreciate and welcome your business,
but we sincerely appreciate the sacrifice made by members of the
military and your families. Although it may sound cliché, the
expression is as true today as ever, "Freedom is not free!"
5 % Discount!
In an effort to show our appreciation to you, we will offer a 5%
discount on all orthodontic treatment (including diagnostic records) to
active duty military and their immediate family members. Unfortunately,
we are unable to combine this discount with any other discounts we may
offer (such as discount for payment in full for orthodontic treatment).
Transfer Cases
Transfer of active orthodontic treatment from one orthodontist to another is
a fact of life for many military families. We do everything we can
to make this transition as smooth and easy as possible. We will try to
maintain continuity of the original treatment plan, as well as request
transfer of any available records. While changing orthodontists is
never totally simple, it should not be a huge burden during an already
challenging time.
United Concordia Provider
We are a participating provider for United Concordia Insurance. This
means that we accept payments directly from the insurance company, as
opposed to being paid by you and you having to wait to be reimbursed for
your payment. Currently, United Concordia is the only insurance company
for which we are a participating provider. |
